Swans and Wild Waterfowl

The Swan or Wild Goose Nesting Pontoon, £650.

Swans and wild geese do not want what most waterfowl want. An enclosed nesting box suits a duck; a swan would rather sit out in the open, using that long neck to keep a view of everything around it and judge a threat early. So this is a nesting platform rather than a house.

It is built on a pressure treated frame with a marine grade ply deck and base, and comes with three tether eyes and shackles for mooring. The folding ramps are deliberately large, because big birds need big ramps, and they fold up onto the float so nothing snags.

Anchors, chain and rope are sold separately.
