About this piece

Unlike most waterfowl, swans and wild geese do not hanker after an enclosed nesting box, preferring instead to nest out in the open , utilising their long neck to maintain a panoramic view and able to assess any potential threat.  

SWAN OR WILD GOOSE NESTING PONTOON SPECIATION’S and FEATURES

 

FRAMING: 45mm thick, pressure treated frame.

DECK & BASE: Marine grade ply.

MOORING: Supplied with 3 tether eyes and shackles.  

LARGE FOLDING RAMPS:  Big birds need big ramps. The ramps fold up onto the float so stop them snagging and possibly breaking when being launched.

NEST KERB. The Kerb helps to keep the nest central and helps prevent the nest being lost overboard.
