The Burrowing Basement fits under the entire house. To fit, remove the house floor, locate the tortoise house on top and fill with topsoil, 145mm deep. To ensure the Burrowing Basement is 'fit for purpose', we have constructed it to the same specification as a raised garden bed. To thwart the tortoise burrowing and rodents digging in we have incorporated a wire mesh base. The ramp is included. Topsoil can be supplied POR, however it is readily available at most garden centres.
