Cancellation form
You can cancel an order from our standard range by phone, by email or in writing, in any words you like. If it helps, you can use this form instead, but you do not have to.
How to use it
Copy the wording below into an email to hello@granddadrobdesigns.co.uk, or print it, fill it in and post it to us at Goreside Farm, Great Chart, Ashford, Kent TN26 1JU. Fill in the parts in square brackets and cross out whichever of the choices does not apply.

What happens next
Once you have told us, we will arrange to collect the piece, and we pay for the collection. We will refund you within 14 days of getting it back.
Bespoke work made to your own specification is different, and cannot be cancelled once we have started building it. The returns page explains where that line falls.
